This is not some get rich quick scheme.  I will not make you a millionaire overnight. You will not see immediate return on your money. This is a solid business venture with a solid plan for an equine and canine health related, bricks and mortar enterprise that includes educational and research related components.  I am not going to give out the details of the business here because I am not going to give away my time and energy in creating the concept or preparing the plan.  If I wanted to do that I would simply sell out to venture capitalists who want to control the business and sell it out for a quick cash turnover in the end.

What I am asking from you is to give $1 or more through PayPal or the Amazon Honour System.  If you want to see a return on your investment then provide me with your complete contact information. The business plan calls for investors to begin receiving a return on their investment of 15% interest with payouts beginning in year two of operations.  If you just want to help finance this venture and can't be bothered seeing a return on your support, that is fine to.

If you are a potential major investor I am prepared to share my business plan with you.  If the terms of your financing involve controlling shares or selling the operation to quickly turnover your investment I am not interested.  I am in this for the long haul and have no interest in selling out just for the cash. The animals are my priority

I am not going to whine and complain and offer you a sob story to elicit funds from you.  The fact is I have made my own bed and I am where I am through my own choices.  I am starting with the money I have but it is not enough to secure bank financing. The million dollars in investement I am seeking is part of a 1.7 million dollar financing package.

As I have said, I am not willing to sell out my plan or concept. I am going to do what it takes to get this enterprise of the ground.  I am doing this out of love and concern for the animals I will be dealing with however it is not a charity or not-for-profit operation.  This is a business that will make money.

Is this a desperate attempt to raise cash? Perhaps, but it has been done on the internet  for things that many would perceive as much more useless.  Remember the guy that started by trading a paperclip for a pen and worked himself up to a house?  That's only one example.
